How you get paid

The part every carrier asks about first, so we'll put it up front instead of burying it six clicks deep.

1%

Quick pay

Signed POD in, money out fast. Flat 1% fee — no surprise deductions.

Net 30

Standard terms

From receipt of a clean, signed POD. Same terms every load — they don't move around.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I have to sign up for anything?
No. There's no portal, no login, no account to create. Text or call us, send five documents once, and you're set up. That's it.
Will you work with a new authority?
[Your policy — many brokers require 90 days or 6 months.] Whatever the answer is, we'll tell you before you fill anything out, not after.
What insurance do you require?
$1,000,000 auto liability and $100,000 cargo. Have your agent issue the certificate directly and list MovingAG Inc, 12081 Salt Creek Rd, Hilger MT 59451 as certificate holder.
Who do I talk to after setup?
A named rep with a direct line — not a shared inbox and not a different person every load. They handle your booking, check calls and settlement questions.
Someone emailed me a packet using your name. Is it you?
Check it against MC-796693 in SAFER, and check the sending address ends in movingag.com. Impersonating brokers is common — scammers collect a carrier's authority, W-9 and banking details, then double-broker loads in that carrier's name. If anything looks off, call (406) 229-3701 before you send a thing.
